Individual Psychotherapy. One-on-one talk therapy can be a useful tool to explore thoughts, beliefs, feelings and emotions in a safe environment. Our therapists will begin with an initial phone conversation to assess your needs and goals, and schedule an initial consultation to explore options for treatment. Sessions last for 45 minutes.
Group Psychotherapy. Therapy in the context of a group is a useful way to connect with others surrounding particular topics of interest. Whether a desire to establish connection, explore similar experiences, and problem solve with mutual support, groups are a great way towards establishing autonomy and developing relationships.
